Tuscan Tan Pty Ltd trades as Tuscan Tan. Tuscan Tan is committed to protecting and respecting the privacy of its customers and other users of this Site (collectively "Customers"). Tuscan Tan acknowledges the importance of privacy to its Customers. Any information, we collect in relation to you, is kept strictly secured. This policy sets out the basis on which any personal data Tuscan Tan collects from its customers, or that Customers provide to Tuscan Tan, will be processed by Tuscan Tan.

The National Privacy Principles

Tuscan Tan is bound by the National Privacy Principles as provided in the Commonwealth Privacy Act,1988.

Information Tuscan Tan may collect from Customers

Tuscan Tan may collect and process the following data about Customers:

a) information that Customers provide by filling in forms on the site www.tuscantan.com.au ("the Site") or that Customers have already provided at the time of registering to become an account holder. Tuscan Tan may also ask Customers for information when Customers report a problem with Tuscan Tan's Site;
b) if Customers contact Tuscan Tan, Tuscan Tan may keep a record of that correspondence;

IP addresses and cookies

Tuscan Tan uses cookies to allow you to login to your account, maintain a shopping cart and to purchase items in your shopping cart. Cookies sent to your computer from Tuscan Tan only last while you're browsing our website. We do not store persistent cookies on your computer. Cookies also allow us to give you a more personalised shopping experience by displaying products that interest you throughout our product pages, thus providing you with a more friendly, interesting and enjoyable shopping experience.
